Ok so maybe I can't be that happy. I had not noticed that the modules where not loaded. In fact on further investigation I found that also the former file was incomplete. There seems to be no end to kernel corners...
Never the less I do not abandon the conviction that it is still worth try. Every error is an error less to do in the future and more knowledge.
